Andrea Polyak
Director of Family Ministries
Hello! I’m Andrea Polyak, a proud resident of Queen Creek since October 2004. I’m happily married to my wonderful husband, Keith, and we’re raising three amazing children together. Our oldest, Adrianna, has embarked on their journey in Washington with their girlfriend, while our middle child, Kyle, and youngest, Nathan, follow in their father’s footsteps, working with Local 469. Both boys are living here in Arizona. Our family is completed by our beloved four-legged companions: Hank and Duke! I also can’t leave out our grandbabies, Piper the cat, Scarlett the dog, and Draco the bearded dragon.
After 23 fulfilling years running my dance studio, 8*Count Dance, I decided to embrace a new chapter in my life. I taught students of all ages, but my heart always belonged to the little ones—ages 5 and under. Now, I enjoy a simpler routine, offering two classes a week at the Jewish Center in Chandler and providing private tap lessons.
In my free time, I love to stay active! I take tap classes, crochet, run 5Ks, lift weights, and explore the beautiful Queen Creek Wash Trail on foot or by bike. My husband and I also enjoy attending Rockabilly events, where I get to dress up and we occasionally venture out to the dunes for a bit of adventure!
In March 2024, I took on the role of Director of Children, Youth, and Families Ministries, and it feels like the perfect decision for me. While it was hard to step away from my dance business, I’ve found a beautiful balance between serving the Song of Life Community and still being able to put on my tap shoes. Life is all about finding joy in the journey, and I’m excited for what’s to come!
