Revelation Series Continues (Chaps 6-11)
After having taken a break to celebrate Pentecost last Sunday, tomorrow we will continue our sermon series on the Book of Revelation, called “Revealed.” We will cover chapters 6-11 of this often misunderstood book of the Bible. If you have a chance to read these chapters before worship tomorrow morning, it will be helpful to your understanding during worship.
Here are the bulletins for Sunday 6/12:
Note: we will not be printing bulletins this Sunday, so please print your copy at home and bring it with you if you are worshiping in-person, OR use the QR Code on the front doors to download a copy of the bulletin to your smartphone.
To join us for worship online…
Our Traditional (9:30am) and Praise (11:00am) services will be livestreamed as usual tomorrow morning. Join us about 5-10 minutes before these services when we will “go live.” Here’s the link: Online Worship

Our Sermon Series on Revelation continues this and for the rest of June. next week. This Sunday we will be looking at “Cracking the Code” (i.e. the signs and symbols) found in Chapters 6-11.
This series is inspired by the book Breaking the Code, originally written by theologian Bruce M. Metzger. A partner study, using the book and featuring video presentations by Rev. David DeSilva is being offered on Tuesdays at 10:30 am in the Sanctuary. Our weekly sessions are also being recorded and posted for later viewing. The Revised and Updated Edition of Breaking the Code is available from many booksellers in both paperback and electronic versions. Reading the book is not a requirement for this series but might be helpful as we explore the Book of Revelation, one of the most misunderstood books of the Bible.

“I am grateful to be asked to serve such a wonderful church full of wonderful people, and look forward to whatever the coming year brings to Song of Life, especially as we make plans to grow our congregation and church campus. I’m excited for what the future holds!”
